Individual Therapy Session

An individual sessions is time set aside just for you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and personal goals for therapy. Regardless of your path you will be encouraged to engage in active reflection, be kind to yourself and make the necessary changes to feel better. Evidence based practices are used to treat mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation. Acceptance based and existential therapies are used to heal emotional disturbances such as overwhelm, lack of confidence and low self-esteem. Present focused, mindful and attachment based interpersonal techniques are used to improve relationships.
