Communication Therapy

Support is provided for those struggling with relationship issues, business and work interactions or challenging family dynamics. Sessions are focused on improving connection and understanding in relationships, setting boundaries and developing foundations of mutual respect. Guidance is offered for attached parenting.

Self Acceptance Therapy

For those struggling with self-esteem, self-acceptance or body image. Sessions focus on developing body neutrality, letting go of perfectionism and increasing comfort with topics such as intuitive eating, mindful movement and embodied self-love.

  • Includes a mental health and emotional wellness assessment. In the meeting paperwork will be reviewed, standardized screening measures will be completed and you will work with your clinician to develop a treatment plan for therapy.

  • A weekly or bi-weekly meeting to help you reach your goals.

  • A blend of traditional therapy with somatic, body based and yoga techniques as part of a holistic approach to healing.

  • Presentations are offered about various mental health topics including mental health for teens, self-care, communication skills and setting boundaries.
