Moving Meditation Session
Mental and emotional issues show up in physical forms through pain, disease and lack of mobility. Using breath work, mindfulness techniques and vinyasa yoga you will learn to sit with discomfort, release stored or repressed emotions and improve your mood. Guided meditation will help you explore how past experiences and current challenges are affecting your body and through intentional movements you will become present in your experience and your power. Both Individual and group sessions are offered.
$75 - 30 minutes / $150 - 60 minutes
